Assume that I know nothing...
If I am creating flower/shrub beds in a new yard what tools will I need to buy to plant
and maintain them? (A roto-tiller to begin - got it!)
If you want to share any advice or tips, please do!

Please include any "optional" tools that you have found helpful!

I`m not familiar with building pond for Koi !
But I think you need a pump with a UV-filter to remove the dirt and algee that will build up there in time :-)

How deep will you have the pond, and how many fishes ?
What about a tiny little water fountain in the middle ?

There is also allot of water flowers to have inside the pond also.

The first tool you need is a spade Razz

2-3 feet will do I guess and put some aerator to keep the pond clean
the pond will be near in the wall so it is good to put some miniature water falls
and some pink water lilies I have 6 Kois (4 inches).

what do you think?

That sounds like it going to be a beautiful little garden and pond Smile
A nice little waterfall will be perfect for the fish Wink
Be sure to add some light in the pond and in the waterfall.

And plz take pictures and upload them when you are in progress.
