Hi All

I have three rectangular covered tanks (approx 20gall each) for my two nozzles. Even though light is largely excluded the water still goes green which then blocks the filter in the base of each nozzle. This is a pain as dismantling is the necessay. Have thought about adding a small quantity of bleach but not sure of concentration required. All materials are either plastic or copper. Any ideas guys?

Green as in algae, or green as in copper? Either could be solved by changing the pH of the water I would guess. Bleach is pretty corrosive, pool chemicals might be a solution.
