Hi there and welcome to the forum.
I buy my pumps from http://www.tropex.no/zen/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=310

I use flow3400 pump, the pump is excellent and i dont use any low-pass filter Smile

My general guide line for large nozzles (8") is that they need about 15-20 gallons per minute.

David,

I used a pump from Home Depot. Beckett model 1130 (1100ish). I can't remember exactly. It works for one nozzle.

Ebay is your friend if you are on a tight budget like me Very Happy

Here is a link to the pump that I have. 1200 GPH for under $50 is hard to beat and so far its working really well for me.
