Cheap easy source for large scrubbing pads at Home Depot

Accidentally came across some huge filter pads of various densities at home depot tool rental. They come in 17 inch round for about $7 CAD and 12 x 18 inch square for $5, I would expect US to be cheaper.
They are the scrubbing pads used on the floor polishing equipment, beats the stuff for price and choice compared to the local aquarium supply shop.
