fake UPS email ? Empty fake UPS email ?

i got this email today.

Dear customer.

The parcel was sent to your home address. And it will arrive within 4 business days.
More information and the tracking number are attached in document below.

the attached file was a .exe file
have anyone seen this before ?

Never open e-mails that ends with .EXE !!

yes i know , i did not open them they were zipped, but they are confusing if you expect some mail from china or usa .
