LED Light question

Hey guys I am new to this forum and building the laminar jets. However I am getting ready to begin construction on a pool and would like to make some of these to go along with it. I like how jetty has used the acrylic pipe to light the flow. I was wondering if there is a self contained led light that all I have to do it attach to the bottom of the acrylic like he has and then just supply power to it. The only color I would be interested in is a blue LED. I don't want different colors involved as they would not be the same as the pool lights.

Also, I do not have the tools or know how to build a control board to power LEDs that you guys have done. If it will have to require something like this is there anyone who would I could pay to build and ship to me? Thanks for any help in advanced, Alex.
