They sell filter foam pads in large sheets and a couple different thicknesses. They have 2" thick pads which seems to be the common size used in most people's nozzles.

Its one of those simple materials you'd think would be easy to find but had me pulling my hair out trying to locate someone who sold it thick enough and in sizes at least 8" x 8"
