Luxeon Rebel Star RGB Tri-Emitter LED

How is one of that, compared to 3 single colors 3W luxeon LED ?

This is the same LED that I'm planning on using. It is very bright, clearly not as bright at the 3W and 5W LEDs but it is still very bright! It's very hard to look at them straight on. I'm hoping that I will turn out to be a good light source, because in the end I think it might be cheaper.

I'm working on getting the fibers coupled together so that I can install the lighting core.

But for myself, i still think i will use one single red and one single blue to mix the color.
And the price is cheap for some Chinese after marked luxeon LED on eBay

I did not find the LED you are talking about ?
Do you have a direct link ?

this one for example... 12w, WHITE, NEED HEATSINK ( WATER is the most probable in our case!)
