Fountain like the pentair? Empty Fountain like the pentair?

Hi, in another post in teh forum, there was a bunch of pictures of the pentair fountains; which has a construction technique that is quite differnet from the typtical straws that are used.. A set of disks with holes of decreasing size and then mesh..

I want to build a display that has about 50-80 fountains in it, ( of varying sizes ) and this technique really appeals from a construction technique as at least in theory i should be able to make the disks as cutouts on a cnc machine..

Any thoughts?
