It's best to show pictures by using an account like flickr or photobucket. Then you can just use links.

I really want to see your fountain!

My fountain Empty mounting led

Post  ting5918 Wed Feb 24, 2010 6:30 pm

I did mounting led near the nozzle .
How to do?
Put the led to end of aluminum rod (use aluminum because it can transfer heat) next wiring cable of led to pcb then use rasin for insullate. So may be claer Acrylic for insulate.
i will show this picture later.

ting,

I like your method of using clear materials for the top part so the light shines more everywhere. What did you use? And what did you use for your cutter? Steppers? Solenoids?

Clear materials means acrylic rod+ resin.then mounting led to aluminum lod by glue and next use acrylic and resin for insulate.
The cutter is BLDC motor (coolling fan of pc)and bring any circuit out and then i should have fromcoil+ironcore and permanance magnatic after that fix the position of them for cutting because BLDC MOTOR can be rotate 90 degree per time and should be fix it from 0 degree to 80 degree(because BLDC motor design for 1 direction) .So i fix it by something can be stop it(stopper).Next i control direction of motor. So becarefull about current of drive motor I was test it have 2Amp in to motor there are no good and sould be control direction of motor about 1sec for limit current and protect motor.

So i will show my picture later after i make a photo.

Sorry for picture. So i take the photo by myself . I will be make a new one of nozzle and I will be make a new picture on next week.
I buy led from alebaba.Because in my country no have led 9wRGB so if you see my pic .It is not enough space for mounting. After this I mounting led on PCB then I using glass rod put on led but not work.(like you but ypu using fiber optic) Now I make a program for control them So i think i will complete as soon.(led 9w RGB 1SET =3.50U$)
