List of Laminar Fountain patents and status

This post is a list of patents relating to Laminar Fountains.

This list is of interest to anyone that wants to look over some of the work
others have done with Laminar Fountains.

While anyone creating fountains for their own use will not be concerned with
patent violations, anyone marketing them for sale will need to get permission
from the patent holder first.

Many patents have expired after their 17 year span, and others have been
terminated for lack of payment of the ongoing fees involved in keeping the
patent active for the full 17 years.

and I will try to keep up the list.

Patents only become an issue if you are starting to make money off of the idea. As long as you are just playing around for fun, then there is nothing to worry about. It would be great to start a list of patents for reference.
