Downward flow
Hello,
I have been tinkering with fountain designs. I have a pond in my backyard, that I would like to make special. I have a beam built over my pond for aesthetics. My dream would be to create a bunch of laminar nozzles pointed straight down at the pond with lights. I would want around 6 of them running off a single pump. I have read a bunch, but this design I am trying is different than the typical jumping fountain. I'm just wondering if someone can tell me if this is even possible? And how to start. I love a new challenge

Yes
It is very possible, and shouldn't be hard to do. Good luck with your project.

Yes it is possible
And it is alreay out there!
I have seen a video of a water laminar wall, but not so sure where it was.

Re: Downward flow
Thank...I have been reading and reading. I won't need nozzles as big as others I assume because the water is falling straight down. This could take me a long while to figure out with the limited spaces I have. If you can anyone cane remember a link to a laminar wall let me know...thanks

Re: Downward flow
I think if you are going with gravity you have an advantage. I don't think your nozzles need to be big at all. In fact, that can be very small and very simple. Check out liteglow's mini nozzle.
